This spacious air-conditioned holiday apartment has a double terrace and facing the sea with breath-taking views of Gibraltar and Africa and also overlooks the volleyball and petanque courts. One part of the terrace has a roof and the other part is open, perfect for sunbathing. The terrace has two sunbeds, a table and chairs for dining. The apartment is accessed via 2 sets of patio doors.

The living area is to the right and has 2 upholstered benches, a coffee table, a large TV and a radio/CD player. A bedroom with 2 single beds is accessed through a door to the left of the living area and from there you can go out to the terrace as well. A waist-high wall separates the living area from the kitchenette. To the left of the kitchenette is another bedroom with a double bed also separated by a door.

The bathroom is to the right of the kitchenette. It has a shower and a separate toilet. There is a shoulder-high wall separating the bathroom from the kitchenette/living area which has curtains for privacy.
