Apartment description
This completely modernized Scandinavian-design apartment has two terraces on different levels with stunning sea views. It has air-conditioning and floor heating, making it ideal for both summer and winter use.
It has direct access to the 9m2 lower terrace, which is covered by a sun sail creating additional living space. The upper 18m2 terrace with 180-degree unobstructed sea views has sun from morning to late afternoon. The lower terrace has a café table for two, and on the upper terrace, there is a large dining table and two high-quality sun loungers.
There is a King size double bed and the bathroom has a large 80X150 walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, and a dishwasher and there is an oak dining table and four comfortable chairs. In the evenings, enjoy free high-speed fibre optic wifi and unlimited Netflix
Situated close to the beach the apartment is sheltered from traffic noise.
