STAR RATING
* An apartment with a single star will have either: an air conditioner, Or a seaview, Or has been recently renovated.
** An apartment with two stars will have any two of the following items: an air conditioner, Or a seaview, Or recently renovated
*** An apartment with three stars, will have modern renovations, an air conditioner and a sea view.
Special
This apartment has a fixed price throughout the year.
DeLuxE
This is a large penthouse apartment with panoramic sea views and is finished to a very high standard. This is generally a large apartment with additional beds and sea views.
Apartments
Please note that all our apartments are privately owned. Each apartment is decorated, furnished and fitted by the owner to a variety of styles, colours and individual tastes.
Payments
To secure the reservation, we require a 30 % deposit in one week. The balance should be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. Cash payments can only be made in reservations of an amount less than or equal to € 1000. If the total of the reservations is for an amount greater than € 1000, payments must be made by card or bank transfer.
Bookings
We accept bookings for a minimum of 2 nights or 5 nights in low season (depending on the apartment) and 7 nights in high season (July & August), for bookings for less than 5 nights we charge a final cleaning fee of 25.00€ per person.
The prices are based in two people. For bookings, for more than two persons there is a charge of 10€ per additional person/night.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel, modify the booking, or change apartment, less than 2 weeks prior to arrival day, the amount paid will not be refunded (please note that your travel insurance will cover this cancellation, we can provide you with the invoice).
Key Card
In order to access the Resort when the reception is closed we will provide you with an access card and braceles for the duration of your stay. We take a 20€ deposit for these access keys in cash which will be returned to you upon departure.
Arrivals after reception opening hours
If you arrive outside. Full instructions will be provided in advance. All payments should be made in advance.
Electricity
Is important to make a responsible use of the electricity, such as leaving appliances off when you are not in the apartment (air conditioning, heating, underfloor heating, etc). In case of detecting an abusive use of electricity, it will be charged to the customer’s account.
Cleaning
We provide linen and towels upon arrival. All rentals (except for winter/special offers and discounted prices) include a weekly mini-clean with towel and linen change as well as a towel change every 4 nights . For bookings of less than 5 nights, there is a final cleaning fee of 25 € per person.
Pricing
Costa Natura’s prices are representative of two person sharing. For each additional person, greater than 2 persons, there is a charge of 10 € per person/night.
All properties should be left clean and should be treated with respect.
This is a family naturist resort, We ask all owners, clients and day visitors to respect the community and family naturist protocols. We ask all holidaymakers to please respect the Community rules.
